"Who is 'wc'?"

As I explained before, "wc says" is only an easier-to-type variant of the WhatCommands invocation "¿¿says" in LNNBot. "wc" is not someone who says things and "wc says" is not related to "Simon says" in any means. "says" is an arbitrarily chosen name for a driftbottle-like system created by UrnEn where you can post a message or read a random message that was posted before.
